    CLEMENT COMPUTER SYSTEMS
    Continued support and upgrades to Waste Water Management System for South 
    Placer M.U.D. Provided programming support for Nationwide Posting and 
    Publication, Inc. for Clipper and Delphi programs. Converted system to use 
    Advantage Database, a client server system for Novell Netware and Windows 
    NT. Also supported Nationwide’s network consisting of multiple servers 
    running Novell Netware and now including Windows 2000 servers.

    Team Research Institute
    Partner in a business providing training to managers on how to form and 
    manage software development teams. The training was designed to put 
    individuals in touch with their information processing talents and the 
    special contribution they can make to group performance. Also, training was 
    designed for team leaders in how to identify each member's talents. We were 
    developing training in four areas -- Individuals, Team Leaders, Teams and

    QuikNet, Inc.
    Developed marketing application for Internet Service Provider using Oracle's 
    Internet server and Oracle database. Installed and maintained Windows NT, 
    Oracle Database and Oracle Internet server. In this environment Web pages 
    are written as stored procedures.

    The Fair Oaks Voice 
    Published a community newspaper for Fair Oaks California in print and on the 
    Internet. Wrote HTML pages with a text editor and MS Front Page. Used Cold 
    Fusion to develop data driven pages from a MS Access database. Community 
    Calendar allowed subscribers to add and update calendar items.

    Hicks Consulting Group 
    Consulting and programming for Intel Corporation. Conversion of a work in 
    progress system from PowerBuilder 3 to PowerBuilder 4. The system used 
    Microsoft SQL Server on an NT server as the database and PowerTools core 
    library was the foundation for the PowerBuilder user interface. Transact SQL 
    was used to write stored procedures to reduce transaction times.
    
    CLEMENT COMPUTER SYSTEMS 
    Consulting and programming for South Placer Utility District. Developed a 
    Waste Water Management System to keep track of manholes, sewer and service 
    lines. The system allows updates from both the field laptop and office 
    terminals to be consolidated into the office database.

    CLEMENT COMPUTER SYSTEMS 
    Consulting and programming for Intel Corporation. Conversion of a system 
    from Clipper on a Banyan Vines system to a SQL Server with a PowerBuilder 
    user interface. Used Transact SQL to reduce transaction time from 10 seconds 
    locally and 60 seconds remotely to 3 seconds both locally and remotely. Used 
    PowerTools for table maintenance. Participated in PowerBuilder user group, 
    SQL user group and Full Security Review Group. Attended PowerBuilder 
    training at Orlando Conference in Spring of 1994.

    CLEMENT COMPUTER SYSTEMS 
    Programmer for Electric Media Magazine (a magazine on diskette). Developed 
    the article reading program. This routine made it easy to put together an 
    article with the appropriate animation, audio and pictures for the magazine. 
    Developed the code that allowed the integration of sound into the cover

    from FoxPro on a Unix system to Clipper on a Banyan Vines system. Over 50 
    users now accessing system. System has a data logging capability on a backup 
    server and the ability to update a backup of the databases from the log.

    psychiatric assessment. Hardware: Acer and IBM compatible PCs using MS-DOS

    CLEMENT COMPUTER SYSTEMS 
    Consulting, training and programming to support custom software systems 
    including a mental health reporting system for El Dorado County, a doctor 
    office management system for Dr. Michael Adelberg, revenue reporting system 
    for SAMISSA, a psychiatric hospital corporation, an inspection tracking 
    system for South Placer M.U.D., and a scheduling, tracking and reporting 
    system for PASARR evaluations for PASSAR Corporation.
    System for PASSAR included software design of multi-user database system, 
    hardware specification and procurement of 3 network servers and 15 
    terminals, software development and maintenance, hardware installation and 
    system support. The system received evaluation requests and sent evaluation 
    results to the State of California via modem twice a day. The evaluations 
    were tracked through many stages from receipt to assignment to completed. 
    The system had a real time display showing the status of all evaluation in 
    the system and identified the overdue evaluations. Hardware: Acer and IBM 
    compatible PCs using MS-DOS and Novell Netware; Altos and Tandy using Xenix.

    large corporate accounts and high technology applications of microcomputers.
